Nusukids sells products that may include bags, travel accessories, Umrah essentials, souvenirs, educational items, landmark models, puzzles and related products.

If a material delay occurs, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund rights available under the applicable offer and consumer law.
8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occur because of carrier disruption, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, supply-chain issues or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs arising from incorrect information, refused delivery or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
Where permitted by law, responsibility for the products passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or the customer’s nominated recipient.

9. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by the Nusukids Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Unless required by law, the following products may not be eligible for return:

10. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Nusukids within seven days of delivery, providing:

Clear photographs or videos showing the issue; and

Photographs of the packaging where relevant.
We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, refund or another remedy required by applicable law.
